Mission & Goals
Italian Consumer Association, recognised as representative at national level and member of the National Consumer Council; member of the BEUC, european consumer organization; Host of ECC-Net Italy. Has over 40000 members and 160 local offices all over Italy. Committed to responsible consumption, protection of consumers' interests, protection of citizen's fundamental rights, social education; committed to social inclusion, solidarity, equity, sustainable development. Carries out collective and individual consumer protection, social research and awareness raising campaigns.

Communication Activities
Several EU funded projects in various fields. The web site has over 3 million visitors a year. We run dozens of campaigns every year, to sensitize citizens to healthy lifestyles, conscious consumption choices, self empowerment, prevention of overindebtness, products' quality and safety, animal welfare, Internet safety, safe cross border purchases, etc.
