Mission & Goals
1)Share legal and compliance related developments and update members on issues of common interest (such as regulatory initiatives, case law developments, specific members’ experience, events or conferences). 2)Discuss matters of interest members with competition authorities, regulators and public officials (e.g. legal privilege; compliance programs, impact of regulatory actions on business, etc.) 3)Prepare and submit responses to consultations of interest to members.
EU Legislative Interests
In the last years we have engaged with the EU institutions on a variety of competition law and policy related consultation, including the review of Reg 1/2003, merger policy, Art 102 Guidelines, Foreign Subsidies Regulation, etc.

The association is made up of in-house competition lawyers from around the globe. ICLA has more than 500 members and they participate in the work of the association in their personal capacity. Additional Information
ICLA is an informal association. It is not a legal entity. ICLA responded to the question above re last fiscal year as it was a mandatory question, but ICLA does not have any "financial years" as such.
