Mission & Goals
L'ACDLec (Association des Centres Distributeurs E.Leclerc) est l'organe qui attribue aux adhérents le droit d'utiliser les marques Leclerc, qui détermine les orientations stratégiques du "Mouvement Leclerc" et qui s'assure que ses valeurs fondamentales soient respectées et bien utilisées par les adhérents et affiliés. L’ACDLec a été créée le 21 juillet 1964. L’association agit dans le respect des grands principes édictés par Edouard Leclerc : Indépendance des adhérents, Politique de prix au profit des consommateurs, Solidarité et sécurité au sein du Mouvement, Vocation sociale de l’entreprise, Protection de l'économie de marché. L’ACDLec est l’organe qui représente les intérêts des adhérents et affiliés du Mouvement.
