Mission & Goals
Objet : promouvoir les droits humains, de la non-violence et du règlement pacifique des conflits, tels qu’ils ont été définis par l’ensemble des Déclarations et Chartes internationales et nationales, représentant un patrimoine commun de l’Humanité qu’il s’agit d’enrichir en permanence, de diffuser et de rendre effectif au profit de l’ensemble de la communauté humaine. Développement de la connaissance d'ordre culturel, intellectuel et scientifique de la langue et la culture tamoule ; développer et approfondir en France l'étude, la connaissance et la compréhension de la culture, langue et civilisation tamoule ; promotion de la langue et de la culture française auprès des populations émigrées au niveau régional ; renforcement d'échanges culturels, coopération et communication entre la France, l'Inde, le Sri Lanka et les autres pays où la langue tamoule est parlée ; promotion des idées de solidarité, tolérance et liberté.
EU Legislative Interests
Droit de l'Homme : we follow The Sub commettee on Human Rights, résolutions on Sri Lanka, EU external relations with the State of Sri Lanka and the occupied Tamil Eelam territory. Bharathi CCFT follows European Commission humanitarian policies and human rights instruments in the context of the European External Affairs Services Policy, toward Sri Lanka, European Parliament debates, resolutions and reports related to the human rights situation in Sri Lanka and the occupied Tamil Eelam territory and the EU bilateral relations with Sri Lanka and the Government in Exile of Tamil Eelam Authority in the framework of their Association Agreements. Culture : We try to promote Tamil Culture in Europe Education for all, Foreing Policy : AFET Comettee Trade Comettee : Review of the Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) Regulation (2024-2034)
