Mission & Goals
As a consumer organisation our goal is to inform, help and defend consumers in all their 'consumer activities'. We do this by providing them all information they need, by helping them in conflicts with businesses and service providers, by launching legal (class) actions, by representing them in advisory boards and commissions, and by lobbying decision makers at all levels (regional, national, European, …)

Consumer rights, passenger rights, digital rights, privacy and cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, product safety, sustainability, early obsolescence, green claims, food, health, energy, telecom, competition, financial services, enforcement, collective redress, consumer empowerment.
Communication Activities
Class action against Apple for early obsolescence Iphone6; class action against Apple for abuse of power and overcharging streaming services; Dieselgate class action against VW; campaign and legal actions on several air travel topics like the excessive hand luggage charges; action on greenwashing airlines and misleading practices in games; campaigns and positions on dynamic pricing and refurbished goods; monthly inflation news and consumer affordability barometer.
