Association Air for Health

Mission & Goals

Air for Health is a Bulgaria based non-government organization registered with the Bulgaria court as a legal entity for public benefit. We are dedicated to improving health through reducing air pollution directly or through mitigating its negative health consequences. We focus on achieving this through effective public policy, advocacy and business solutions within the healthcare system environment and broader society. Our methods emphasize on collaboration, open information sharing and embracing innovation and technology to achieve the above. We are committed to the scientific method, evidence-based measures and pragmatic policy formulation. The organization was established in 2018 when a group of active citizens (physicians, economists, pharmacists and engineers) decided to focus on preserving and improving health through activities related to reducing air pollution or its health effects.
