Mission & Goals

The organization and the "Pangea" project was created in 1993 with the aim of bringing Internet and new information and communications technology associations, NGOs, individuals and non-profit groups working for change, social justice, education, peace, the environment, development, cooperation, etc. Pangea's mission is to promote the strategic use of communication networks and information technology and communication (ICT) for development and social justice and become a tool to help achieve the objectives of social groups, organizations and movements social. As well as, encourage social organizations and movements share information, knowledge and technical resources for the effective and strategic use of ICT, especially the Internet, sustainable and respectful of the diversity and values of the culture and society locally and globally.
