Mission & Goals
ARMA is an organisation of the marketing and advertising industry that defines how the service for measuring TV audiences in Romania is conducted. The data obtained with the help of this service is unanimously accepted on the Romanian audiovisual market. The Association’s aim is to provide its members with impartial, precise and objective information on the audience of the Romanian mass media, their characteristics and performances, with the observance of the competition rules. Mainly, the aim of the Association will be reached by systematic exchange of information, transfer of know-how, research studies, the commissioning of audits, seminars, symposia , round-tables, classes etc.
