Mission & Goals

this association was created with the aim to protect and promote the rights, interests and freedoms of citizens, as well as the rights and interests of consumers, both domestically and internationally. And this goals are: a) educating, advising and informing citizens and consumers about their rights, supporting them in the steps taken, for the recognition of legitimate rights and interests and their restoration in a reasonable time, respectively offering concrete means to protect the rights of citizens and consumers; b) facilitating citizens and consumers access to justice, to competent bodies and state institutions; c) formulating legal actions under the law; d) reporting and remedying abuses committed by state institutions in relation to citizens, as well as monitoring the activities of Romanian state institutions and informing public opinion in this regard, developing programs designed to protect and promote the rights, interests and freedoms of citizens;

EU Legislative Interests

Amendment of Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council from 04.11.2003 regarding certain aspects of the organization of working time, for the violation of European law and international law. The petition / legislative initiative is registered: 0639/2023, at the European Parliament in the form: 4 days working week / 32 working hours / 3 days of rest / without reduction of salary benefits (this is under analysis). Communication Activities

We are trying to impose compliance with stability legislation at the national and European level, as well as imposing compliance with the jurisprudence established by the Court of Justice of the European Union as well as that established at the level of the European Court of Human Rights. We carry out investigations regarding the compliance with Union legislation both by the national authorities and by the Union authorities.
