Mission & Goals
The Association for Human Rights Lex XXI is a civil society organization committed to promoting human rights, social justice, and democratic participation in Moldova. Our main goal is to empower citizens, especially those from vulnerable or marginalized groups, to understand and exercise their rights, access justice, and actively engage in community life.
