Mission & Goals
The Association of Investors from Romania in the Republic of Moldova (AIR) is a cross-border business platform that promotes economic cooperation between Romania and the Republic of Moldova in the context of European integration. AIR supports the competitiveness, regulatory alignment and sustainable development of the Moldovan business environment by facilitating dialogue between investors, public authorities and European institutions. The organisation represents Romanian investors active in the Republic of Moldova and contributes to policy discussions related to economic integration, investment climate improvement, market access, SME development and good governance standards.
EU Legislative Interests
EU Enlargement Policy, in particular the EU accession process of the Republic of Moldova; EU Neighbourhood Policy and cross-border economic cooperation; Internal Market and SME policy; Investment climate, regulatory alignment and competitiveness-related initiatives.
Communication Activities
AIR organises business roundtables, policy discussions and institutional meetings related to economic integration, cross-border cooperation and EU accession topics. No dedicated public advocacy campaigns are conducted.
