Mission & Goals
The general objective of the Ethics in European Funds Consulting Association is to promote the participation of its members and all actors involved in the process of accessing European funds in Romania, as well as in the decision-making process of European institutions, with the following specific objectives: - Significantly accelerating the evaluation and implementation process of projects financed through European funds, by proposing and implementing innovative solutions; - Digitalization and optimization of European funds evaluation and management procedures, ensuring increased transparency and efficiency; - Minimizing losses and hidden costs borne by applicants, beneficiaries, and all parties involved in the process of accessing European funds; - Promoting and implementing the highest ethical standards in European funds consulting, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the entire process.

Communication Activities
As the Ethics in European Funds Consulting Association is newly established, we are currently in the initial phase of developing our communication strategy and planning our future activities. Our immediate focus is on building a strong foundation for effective stakeholder engagement and establishing comprehensive frameworks for our future communication initiatives regarding EU funding policies and legislative proposals. We are in the process of: - Developing our strategic communication plan - Planning our first position papers on ethical considerations in EU funds management - Preparing to engage with relevant stakeholders through upcoming events and publications - Setting up our digital presence to ensure transparent communication about EU funding policies While we have not yet conducted specific communication activities, we are committed to contributing meaningfully to the dialogue on EU funding policies and their ethical implementation in the near future.

The Association is member of Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As a newly established association, we are currently not members in many organizations, nor do we have formal associations, sponsorships, or contribution arrangements with other entities or structures. We are in the process of evaluating potential professional affiliations that align with our mission of promoting ethics in European funds consulting.

Our founding members are the following persons: Alin-Valentin Metesan, Oana Cehan and Cosmin Maglas. Members: Solutii Complete in Afaceri SRL, Atragem Finantare Technology SRL, Etica in Afaceri SRL, Espace IT SRL, Solutii Complete in Finantari SRL, Integrator Atragem Finantare SRL. The Ethics in European Funds Consulting Association is currently composed of founding members representing both individual professionals and companies in the European funds sector. Our membership structure is being developed to include: - Individual members (professionals in EU funds consulting) - Corporate members (companies implementing EU-funded projects) - Organizational members (consulting firms specializing in EU funds) - Associate members (academics and experts in ethics and EU funding) We are in the initial phase of accepting membership applications from both individuals and companies, while establishing our organizational network.
