Mission & Goals
The Association's goal is to create a favorable environment for the development and implementation of FinTech and InsurTech startups and companies in Spain, fostering dialogue, communication, and collaboration with relevant organizations and stakeholders in the system to defend the interests of FinTech companies and their ecosystem.

La AEFI ha participado en ciertos encuentros y/o eventos de la UE pero, casi siempre, de manera online. No tenemos oficina ni representación formal en Bruselas. Sí que pertenecemos a la European Digital Finance Association por la que pagamos una cuota anual pero en ningún caso tenemos trabajadores y oficina en Bruselas.

Additional Information
La AEFI es una asociación con recursos muy limitados, solo tiene dos personas en nómina y los ingresos anuales no superan los 300.000 euros. El presupuesto destinado a labores de lobby y relacionamiento en políticas públicas es el coste anual que conlleva la contratación de la consultora de asuntos públicos.
