Mission & Goals
Sistema colectivo de responsabilidad ampliada del productor para dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones derivadas del RD 1093/2024 de 22 de octubre, por el que se regula la gestión de los residuos de los productos del tabaco con filtros y de los filtros comercializados para utilizarse con productos del tabaco que contengan plástico y que sean de un solo uso, así como lo previsto en la Ley 7/2022, de 8 de abril, de residuos y suelos contaminados para una economía circular y la Directiva DIRECTIVA (UE) 2019/904 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO Y DEL CONSEJO de 5 de junio de 2019 relativa a la reducción del impacto de determinados productos de plástico en el medio ambiente, en lo referente a la responsabilidad ampliada del productor de los filtros de tabaco con plástico.
