Mission & Goals
Mafex es la asociación que representa a la industria ferroviaria española, agrupando más de 115 empresas que abarcan toda la cadena de valor del sector. Estas empresas generan el 83% de las exportaciones ferroviarias del país y en conjunto representan el 7,4% del PIB industrial de España. Además, emplean de manera directa a más de 33.000 personas. Las principales áreas de actividad de Mafex incluyen la internacionalización, la innovación y la defensa de los intereses generales de sus empresas asociadas, todo ello con el objetivo de impulsar la competitividad global de la industria ferroviaria española.
EU Legislative Interests
Nuestra actividad tiene como objetivo influir / conocer todas aquellas iniciativas vinculadas al ferrocarril, la movilidad, la protección del medio ambiente y la lucha contra el cambio climático, así como al mercado interior y a la contratación pública. Algunos de los asuntos de interés a los que estamos dando seguimiento son: - Cyber Resilience Act: Technical description of important and critical products with digital elements. - Technical specifications of interoperability - Review of public procurement directive - Multiannual Financial Framework
