Mission & Goals
Since 2014, we have been committed to advocating for the development and sustainability of the cultural and creative sectors by facilitating and empowering connections with local, regional, national, and European entities.Based in Malta and Gozo, our team combines extensive experience in European cultural co-operation with a profound understanding of our local context. We specialise in facilitating dialogue, exchange and advocacy for the cultural and creative sectors at the European level. Our approach is anchored in collaboration, active network participation, comprehensive policy research and cultural initiatives that have clear impact. Our collaborations span international consultants, experts, partners, and European cultural networks. We provide strategic consulting and research services to governments, cities, and both public and private arts and cultural organisations, and networks.
EU Legislative Interests
Our field of interest and expertise is in the Cultural and Creative Sectors targeting these specific areas of policy: EU competences in the field of culture, including changing models of cultural governance and the need to support the cultural and creative sectors in innovating. artists and cultural professionals: empowering the cultural and creative sectors culture for the people: enhancing cultural participation and the role of culture in society culture for the planet: unleashing the power of culture culture for co-creative partnerships: strengthening the cultural dimension of EU external relation Please note that I am an appointed EENC expert in my personal capacity (Davinia Galea)

Additional Information
We do not represent any clients in an EU capacity. We have clients in such as Arts Council Malta, Festivals Malta, Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, Ministry for Education in Malta, and Ljubljana Music Academy and others. I don't think we need to declare these? In the EU we work within the cultural network capacity so they are not our clients. I declared that I am in my personal capacity an EENC expert. I am also a member of the steering group for the European Artistic Freedom Act. ARC is also a member of a consortium with PROMAN SA SEA-2023-24682 LOT 12 : Education, Culture, Youth.
