EU Legislative Interests
We interact with government and administration officials, elected representatives and candidates to advocate for the company, its stakeholders and the business and trade associations to which we belong. These efforts, led by the Government Affairs group, aim to help shape public policy on issues that affect our business and to increase opportunities across the entire industry. Among others, these can be: Regulation for establishing a framework of measures for strengthening Europe's semiconductor ecosystem (Chips Act); Alliance on Processors and Semiconductor technologies; Horizon Europe & Important Projects of Common European Interests (IPCEI); Trade and Technology Council; Intellectual Property Rights; AI, Big Data & Connected Cars; Dual use Export Controls; Circular Economy Action Plan; EU Green Deal
