EU Legislative Interests
This is a familiarisation visit by a group of Maltese business executives to the institutions - discussion will concern general issues affecting businesses in Malta from recognising the vulnerabilities of small island states to how the EU can support Malta's transition to a more sustainable environment. There are no formal legislative proposals or policies being discussed, however one may expect that these might concern the following: - The European Green Deal and Implementation of National energy and climate plans; Just Transition Fund; - Cohesion policy, Horizon Europe
