Carrying out study of rules and principles to be harmonized in matter of insolvency proceedings taking into account the interests of trade creditors.

Participation to the Group of experts on restructuring and insolvency law- The current task of the group is «to explore options for action at the EU level to ensure the timely initiation and resolution of insolvency proceedings where a business has turned permanently unviable with respect to the harmonisation of areas of key importance for a smooth functioning of the CMU» (Call for application, 1.2)
