Participation to the Group of experts on restructuring and insolvency law- The current task of the group is «to explore options for action at the EU level to ensure the timely initiation and resolution of insolvency proceedings where a business has turned permanently unviable with respect to the harmonisation of areas of key importance for a smooth functioning of the CMU» (Call for application, 1.2)
