EU Legislative Interests

The ASX project, developed and promoted by Anterex System Kft., directly supports the implementation of several key EU legislative proposals and strategic policies, particularly in the fields of energy transition, digitalisation, and climate action. European Green Deal The project contributes to the Green Deal’s core objective of transforming the EU into a climate-neutral economy by 2050. ASX enables significant energy efficiency improvements in industrial and public infrastructure systems, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It supports sustainable growth through the application of AI to optimize energy consumption, minimize waste, and improve operational resource use in sectors such as energy production, logistics, water/waste management, and manufacturing. Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) ASX aligns with the DIGITAL programme by advancing the digital transformation of industry and infrastructure through the deployment of artificial intelligence, real-time automation, and secure data networks. The system builds local capacity for edge computing, fosters the use of ethical and explainable AI, and improves digital maturity, especially in transition and cohesion regions (such as the Western Balkans). Fit for 55 Package By delivering up to 30% energy savings and supporting predictive control of emissions-intensive processes, ASX contributes to the achievement of the Fit for 55 targets: a 55% net reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. The platform supports companies in complying with environmental regulations and helps public infrastructure operators meet EU energy and climate objectives more effectively. In addition, ASX supports the implementation of REPowerEU measures by enhancing energy system resilience and reducing dependence on fossil fuel-intensive operations via intelligent demand-side management and digitalised control mechanisms.

Communication Activities

Anterex System Kft. actively engages in communication activities that promote the EU’s digital and green policy objectives through the ASX project and related initiatives. These include: Presentations and participation in regional and EU-level conferences, including events focused on energy efficiency, smart infrastructure, and AI deployment in public and industrial services. Organisation of targeted workshops and technical briefings for public utilities, local governments, and SME partners in cohesion and transition regions, particularly in the Western Balkans. Preparation and dissemination of project publications, such as white papers, technical documentation, and policy briefs demonstrating how AI can support EU Green Deal and Fit for 55 goals. Collaboration with academic and innovation networks to share findings and best practices related to sustainable industrial automation and digital transformation. Pilot demonstrations and testbeds aimed at showing the real-world impact of ASX in reducing emissions and improving operational efficiency in line with EU policy priorities. These communication activities are integral to raising awareness about the role of AI in advancing Europe’s twin green and digital transitions and to fostering cross-border cooperation.

Anterex System Kft. is not a formal member of any EU-level industry association or federation at this time. However, the company actively collaborates with innovation networks and technical partners in the context of EU-funded initiatives and aims to engage with relevant digital transformation and energy transition platforms, such as: The AI-on-Demand Platform European Innovation Council (EIC) Community Horizon Europe Cluster 4 networks (Digital, Industry, Space) Anterex is also open to future membership in organisations such as Digital SME Alliance, ETIP SNET, or relevant CEF Digital communities, as part of its strategic goal to scale up cross-border cooperation in AI-powered control systems and energy efficiency technologies.
