- Council Directive 2013/59/Euratom (basic safety standards – radiological protection) - Council Directive 2011/70/Euratom (responsible and safe management of spent fuel and radioactive waste) – technical and governance aspects related to radioactive waste and spent fuel. - Council Directive 2014/87/Euratom (amending Directive 2009/71/Euratom on nuclear safety) – nuclear safety requirements with potential impact on engineering, quality, procurement and supply chain. - Commission Regulation (Euratom) No 302/2005 (application of Euratom safeguards) – obligations and processes related to nuclear material accountancy and control, where applicable. - Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 (dual-use export controls) / related EU export control framework – compliance aspects and licensing requirements for sensitive goods/technologies, where relevant to the activities. Such activities may include participation in public consultations, contributions via sector associations, and technical/institutional meetings with Commission services, where relevant, in relation to the above EU/Euratom instruments
