Mission & Goals
anch.AI’s platform for assessing AI use cases and organizations for legal and ethical risks is based on a methodology framework curated for 9 years. anch.AI has worked with the leading private and public organizations in the Nordics with the AI Act in its DNA. In June 2025 anch.AI merged with Fairly AI, a Canadian firm leading the AI governance field internationally providing unique Test Agents for fairness, privacy and security according to the EU Act as well as unique LLM for 42001 compliance. The new Asenion platform allows enterprises to assess and mitigate risks associated with their AI models and data practices. On one coherent platform, and along the entire AI life cycle, all teams are empowered with oversight and control. Ensuring stakeholder trust, AI Act compliance and return on AI investments. Our core belief is that AI governance only works when it’s connected across the organization (policy, engineering, compliance, leadership) all working from the same source of truth.
EU Legislative Interests
Supported by Swedish government funding, our multinational research stared at the Royal Institute oftechnologu in 2016. Our main goal was oversight and control of Ai risk from a integretad tech, compliance and business perspective. In 2021 we integrated the AI Act and we want to be a reliable fast-track for the EU Act Act and beyong. Our core belief is that AI governance only works when it’s connected across the organization (policy, engineering, compliance, and leadership) all working from the same source of truth. It’s a coherent analytical layer that guides users across departments and across the full AI lifecycle. It provides a shared understanding of risk, combining technical depth with legal and ethical oversight. Behind the scenes, the platform operates through three synchronized processes: 1. Analytical layer — methodology and taxonomy, curated over 9 years, generating 500M+ unique insights to map and score AI systems across policy, business, ethical, and legal dimensions. 2. Test agents — technical modules that validate fairness, privacy, security, robustness, and performance for LLMs and predictive models. All according to the EU AI Act. 3. Policy controls according to the AI Act — Built-in governance rules that enforce development protocols, flag exceptions, and trace decisions back to organizational accountability. “The Asenion fast-track for AI Act Governance will strengthen EU competitive power and at the same time provide pricing that is not only for the few” Anna Felländer, co-founder and President Asenion Europe
