Mission & Goals

De Amsterdamse Federatie van Woningcorporaties is de belangenvereniging voor de woningcorporaties in Amsterdam. We werken ook samen in regionaal verband. Onze negen leden bezitten circa 191.000 huurwoningen in Amsterdam. Dat is ongeveer 40 procent van alle woningen in Amsterdam. Samen maken we ons sterk voor goed en betaalbaar wonen in een fijne buurt voor bewoners in Amsterdam. Nu en in de toekomst. Om dat te bereiken, brengt de AFWC haar leden bij elkaar. We stimuleren de samenwerking tussen de corporaties in de stad. We vertegenwoordigen de Amsterdamse corporaties en werken namens hen samen met de gemeente en andere partijen. Ook adviseren we onze leden over gezamenlijk beleid. We doen onderzoek naar ontwikkelingen in de corporatiesector en delen onze kennis daarover. We werken vanuit onze kernwaarden verbindend, deskundig en transparant. Zo dragen we bij aan goed en betaalbaar wonen in Amsterdam.
