Mission & Goals
AMS Consultants Ltd provides professional product compliance and certification support to help manufacturers, importers, and distributors place products on the EU market legally and safely. Our remit is to guide clients through applicable EU regulatory frameworks and harmonised standards, and to deliver the practical outputs required for compliance, including product classification, risk assessments, technical documentation (technical files), user manuals, labelling guidance, conformity assessment support, and drafting Declarations of Conformity. We also coordinate safety and compliance testing with accredited laboratories and can act as an EU Authorised Representative where applicable. Our goal is to make compliance clear, efficient, and commercially useful, reducing regulatory risk and supporting clients to achieve market access, tender eligibility, and long-term product safety and quality.

Communication Activities
Communication activities include publishing compliance-related articles in local magazines and trade publications, and participating in events, seminars, and industry meetings in Malta and abroad where EU product compliance legislation is discussed. These activities are focused on awareness-raising and technical education for businesses on practical obligations under the relevant EU legislative files (for example technical documentation, risk assessment, labelling, conformity assessment, and market surveillance requirements).
