Reconnaissance de l'aspect intrants stratégiques pour l'alumine, filières électroniques, défenses, électromobilité,... Reconnaissance de l'aspect stratégique Européen de l'implantation d'une raffinerie d'alumine pour les marchés européens. Obtention d'aides et supports pour son implantation et son développement.
