Mission & Goals
Alpha Quest is a collective investment fund, regulated by the MFSA. We are an AIFMD and FATCA compliant SICAV. The investor base is coming from Central and eastern Europe- Czechia, Slovakia and Romania. The Fund invests in the CEE in region in both equity and debt instruments (vast majority listed). Over the past decade, Alpha Quest has been the main investor in the Romanian Restitution Points scheme, allowing international investors to deploy capital in Romania.

We are seeking that the countries where we typically invest adhere to EU regulations and best practices in issues such as property rights, expropriations or free movement of capital.
