EU Legislative Interests
• EU initiatives regarding the gaming sector, including decisions regarding notified national legislation, DG Competition decisions on state aid and mergers, ECJ proceedings. • Proposal COM (2017) 0386 re: the Council of Europe “Convention on the manipulation of sports competitions with regard to matters related to substantive criminal law and judicial cooperation in criminal matters” (fight against match fixing). • Impacts on the gambling sector of adopted legislation and current regulatory proposals related to the EU digital policy (DSA, DMA, Data Act, Artificial Intelligence Act, ethical standards, civil liability of AI Applications, geo-blocking, Free flow of non-personal data, e-privacy, e-IDAS) • EU Consumer protection policy, including future Digital Fairness Act. • GDPR implementation and any further amendment. • Cybersecurity policy. • Anti-Money Laundering and anti-corruption policy. • Review of the Public Procurement Directive. • EU multi financial framework 2028-2034 - discussion on possible own resources. • Simplification agenda 2025 - 2025, Omnibus on Corporate sustainability Due diligence & Corporate non-financial reporting, Digital Omnibus, Financial Omnibus.
Communication Activities
Our group is committed to a transparent and constructive dialogue with EU stakeholders, namely officials of the EU Institutions and political representatives. We participate in EC public consultations if they are relevant to our business. Furthermore, when necessary, we directly contact relevant EU Institutions representatives (via requests for meetings, phone calls or emails) to request clarifications on proposed or upcoming legislation and/or present our views.

Additional Information
This financial declaration refers still to Allwyn International AG. Since March 2026, after a change of Allwyn governance structure, the organisation which is subject to the present declaration is Allwyn Management Services AG. Our declaration includes costs relating to our service provider and her activities as per the 2021 Guidelines and the April 2024 tutorial.
