Mission & Goals

The Alliance to Zero is a non-profit membership association that aims to facilitate the transition of the supply chain of injection devices and the pharma sector to compliance with net-zero emissions. Its members and partners are European and Europe-focused companies which together represent the supply chain of injection devices (e.g. Insulin pens) and share a high ambition in decarbonization. The Alliance runs working groups, engages with academia, customers and other industry partners to create solutions from an ecosystem perspective.

Das GesamtBudget der Alliance finanziert sich neben den Mitgliederbeiträgen aus den Reserven, welche durch die nicht vollständige Verwendung der Beiträge entstanden. Das Budget wird in erster Linie für die Sekreteriatsdienstleistungen und Projekte im Zusammenhang mit der Lieferkettendekarbonisierung ausgegeben. Tätigkeiten in Richtung politischer Einflussnahme sind eine Nebentätigkeit, haben kein ausgewiesenes Budget. Einzige Tätigkeit im laufenden Jahr war die Kommentierung des EU CEA. Hierfür wurden weniger als 10000 EUR aufgewendet.
