Mission & Goals
Alko Group, established in 2010 as a Joint Stock Company, is a vertically integrated construction and development company operating primarily in Kosovo. The company specializes in the investment, development, and construction of residential and commercial buildings. To ensure quality and cost-efficiency, Alko Group owns and operates its own quarry, sand extraction, and concrete production facilities. In 2010, the company secured a 40-year concession (20+20) for quarry operations in Berat. Through its subsidiary, Alko Beton Shpk, it manages in-house concrete processing, providing a strategic advantage in maintaining construction standards and timelines. Alko Group’s mission is to deliver high-quality, sustainable building solutions while fostering regional economic growth through innovation and infrastructure development.
EU Legislative Interests
In the framework of the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, any call for proposals that aim to building a pipeline of transformative private investments in the region, that could potentially be supported by the European Commission with its available policy, technical and financial instruments.
