Mission & Goals
AlbTech Solutions is a technology consultancy dedicated to driving digital transformation through AI-powered systems. We help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and scale efficiently by building tailored tools that blend automation, data intelligence, and practical design. Our expertise spans industries like hospitality, retail, healthcare, and B2B services—acting as a strategic partner from concept to prototype and beyond. One of our flagship initiatives is Kupona.al, a platform striving to become the leading marketplace for purchasing gift cards from local and small businesses in Albania and Kosovo. Kupona.al empowers these merchants by enabling them to accept digital payments and reach new customer segments through innovative, tech-enabled solutions. Together, we aim to build inclusive, intelligent tools that unlock growth for businesses of all sizes.
EU Legislative Interests
We primarily align with and support the goals of the following EU legislative proposals and policy frameworks: • Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA) – to promote a fairer digital economy and ensure safe, open online environments. • EU SME Strategy – by empowering small and local businesses through digital tools like Kupona.al that facilitate digital payments and access to new markets. • Digital Finance Package – particularly around enabling digital payments and fostering financial inclusion among underserved small retailers. • European Data Strategy – by promoting responsible AI adoption and data-driven decision-making for businesses. • AI Act (Artificial Intelligence Act) – as a developer of AI solutions, we aim to align with emerging guidelines to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical AI use. Our work actively contributes to digital transformation, economic inclusion, and innovation—core pillars of the EU’s long-term digital agenda.
Communication Activities
Our communication activities are designed to raise awareness and encourage the adoption of digital tools in alignment with EU policy goals. These include: • Awareness Campaigns via Kupona.al: We run ongoing digital campaigns to educate small and local businesses in Albania and Kosovo about the benefits of digital payments and gift card systems, directly supporting the EU SME Strategy and Digital Finance Package. • Workshops and Webinars: We host and co-organize online events and training sessions for businesses on topics like AI adoption, ethical data usage, and digital transformation—supporting the AI Act and European Data Strategy. • Publications and Case Studies: We regularly publish case studies and insights on how AI and automation are helping small businesses cut costs and scale operations, which aligns with the goals of the Digital Services Act. • Partnership Outreach: Through targeted outreach to local chambers of commerce, municipalities, and EU-aligned organizations, we promote inclusive growth initiatives and communicate how our tools align with EU digital policy priorities. These communication efforts aim to build trust, drive adoption, and foster alignment with the broader EU digital transition agenda.
