Mission & Goals
The Albanian Center for Quality Journalism is a non-political, independent and non-profit organization run by young professionals based in Tirana, Albania. The core team consists of young professionals with a background in media and law. The main focus of the Center is media production, training, capacity raising and exchange of information among media professionals, young and future investigative journalists and the promotion of ethical journalism. The main and final goal of the Center is to increase the quality of news reporting and writing through the production and dissemination of quality investigative news, raising journalism standards, professional ethics of young journalists, expanding cooperation efforts with educational / training institutions or other organizations in the field of journalism, and increase human / professional and material capacities in the field of journalism.
