Mission & Goals
Europe Plus (E+) is a Tirana-based organisation and regional platform that supports the European integration of the Western Balkans by combining policy analysis, capacity-building, and advocacy, while acting as a bridge between policymakers, public administration, civil society, and the business community to advance reforms, strengthen governance, and promote practical, implementable solutions aligned with EU standards.
EU Legislative Interests
Europe Plus (E+) works to contribute to evidence-based policymaking, strengthen governance and promote regional cooperation in line with EU standards. in this context, its activities include organising executive training programmes, policy dialogues, and regional exchanges; producing policy papers, briefs and analysis; and engaging with EU institutions and stakeholders to contribute to discussions on enlargement, the EU budget (MFF), and sectoral policies such as digital transformation, green transition and rule of law. These engagements are carried out as part of E+’s core mission to advance the European integration of the Western Balkans by supporting informed, coordinated and reform-oriented policy processes.
Communication Activities
Europe Plus represents public interest perspectives related to the European integration of the Western Balkans. Its work focuses on contributing to EU policy discussions in areas such as enlargement policy, the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), regional cooperation and the Common Regional Market, rule of law and governance reforms, as well as digital and green transition. The organisation engages in policy dialogue and advocacy aimed at informing EU decision-making processes and ensuring that the perspectives of Western Balkan stakeholders are reflected in EU policies.
