Aisle is a European AI-native cybersecurity company, founded and headquartered in the Czech Republic. We develop an autonomous Cyber Reasoning System that finds, remediates, and verifies software vulnerabilities at machine speed — cutting remediation time from months to minutes. Our platform serves both private enterprises and public sector organisations seeking to eliminate exploitable vulnerabilities at scale. Aisle represents Europe's answer in the global race to build sovereign, AI-powered application security — addressing a critical gap in European strategic autonomy in cybersecurity.

Aisle Inc., a Delaware-incorporated entity (USA), is the parent company of the registrant. Aisle Inc. is controlled by three EU citizen co-founders. The parent entity does not conduct EU lobbying activities and has no separate EU affairs function.
Additional Information
Aisle is an early-stage startup founded in 2025. EU interest representation activities are limited to occasional direct engagement by the CEO, representing approximately 10% of one person's time. No dedicated EU affairs budget exists at this stage. There are no costs related to office space, memberships, events, publications or external consultants attributable to EU lobbying activities. Travel costs for the upcoming Commission meeting will be minimal. The low cost estimate accurately reflects the company's current level of EU engagement.
