Mission & Goals
To foster a business and regulatory environment that ensures safe and secure air transportation, and that enables U.S. airlines to compete in the global economy and achieve financial stability and profitability. Airlines for America (A4A) advocates on behalf of its members to shape crucial policies and measures that promote safety, security and a healthy U.S. airline industry. We work collaboratively with airlines, labor, Congress, the Administration and other groups to improve air travel for everyone.
EU Legislative Interests
Aviation related EU initiatives, policies and legislative files including US-EU bilateral affairs, Brexit, fair competition, privacy, security, safety, consumer protection, taxation and the environment.

Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) International Air Transport Association (IATA) - A4A is not a member of IATA however many of our member airlines also belong to IATA and A4A coordinates with IATA on areas where we have mutual interests.
