Comment on "Laminak Energy declared AWEU as their client, but AWEU did not declare them as intermediaries": AWEU and Laminak have been partners in the Interreg NWE project DEM-AWE. AWEU was project leader and thus distributed the funds received from interreg to the partners. Therefore we don't see that relationship as "hired intermediaries".
