Dear Sir/Madam, Our organisation is primarily a development consultancy providing multidisciplinary technical assistance and advisory services rather than interest representation activities. We do not have, in our organization, a dedicated lobbying or public affairs function, and any activities falling within the scope of the Transparency Register are limited and incidental to our core work. Registration in the EU Transparency Register is nevertheless important for us as it facilitates our participation in EU-related sector dialogue, professional networks, and institutional exchanges that support our technical assistance and advisory activities. The amount initially declared was therefore based mainly on the costs associated with participation in professional associations and sector networks, including memberships such as EFCA and related national organisations.
