All aviation related matters including those relating to lessors, OEMs, airlines and regulators Relevant financial services matters 1. ESG matters: - Regulation ReFuel EU and general policy on SAF - EU Taxonomy including the work of the Platform on Sustainable Finance - Future aircraft technology 2. Sanctions matters: - Russian sanctions and impact on aircraft leasing, including Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine 3. Tariffs and trade agreements relevant to aviation 4. General corporate and regulatory matters including HR, corporate governance, supply chain, compliance matters 5. Defence & Aerospace

Communication Activities

Direct engagement and participation in relevant dialogue on the matters noted above. The nature of such activities to be determined as appropriate for the matter arising and in one with correct procedure
