Mission & Goals
ADICE is a non-profit association registered in Moldova, operating in Brussels to support inclusive and sustainable community development. Our mission is to serve as a connector between local realities and European policymaking, helping underrepresented regions and civic actors engage more effectively with EU institutions. We focus on priority areas such as social cohesion, energy transition, digital inclusion, and climate resilience. ADICE works through dialogue, technical assistance, and strategic advocacy to strengthen the capacity of local stakeholders to access funding, shape policies, and scale impact. By aligning community needs with EU objectives, we promote long-term, participatory development that reflects the diversity and complexity of Europe’s evolving social fabric.
