Key areas of interest include: * EU Tech Sovereignty Package: Advocating for the integration of the 'Open Source First' principle as a binding requirement for public sector software procurement. * EU Cloud and AI Development Act: Supporting policies that provide market signals for scalable open source solutions in cloud and AI. * Public Procurement Policy: Promoting documented and auditable assessments of open source alternatives before proprietary solutions are considered. * Digital Sovereignty: Reducing vendor lock-in through the promotion of interoperability and open standards.
