Mission & Goals
ADDMO is an incorporated French association (association loi 1901) whose main goal is to promote the development and adoption of the Morpho Protocol.
EU Legislative Interests
- EU legislative proposals or policies related to markets in crypto-assets and decentralised finance. Including: MiCA and developments to come with regards Article 142 of MiCA, the review of the EU pilot regime for DLT market infrastructures, the review of the AML-CFT package (TFR2 and AMLR), DAC8. - EU legislative proposals and policies not focused on markets in crypto-assets and decentralised finance but impacting them directly or indirectly. Including: the Savings and Investment Union, the review of the CRD/CRR package, FiDA, DORA.
