Research and analysis of public policy in Europe and the United States.
EU Legislative Interests
We are seeking to better understand the EU's policies on regulating competition between different companies. This could include remedies, behavioral or structural in nature, during a proposed merger. We are also interested in the evolving scrutiny of competition policy when it concerns a foreign actor that either is controlled by a sovereign state or receives funding from such a state.

We are a policy-driven research analytical organization that focuses on macroeconomic policy as well as the implications of competition enforcement.
