ADIA manages a global investment portfolio that is diversified across more than two dozen asset classes and sub-categories. ADIA follows EU legislative issues that may have an impact on institutional investors, for example, those that address aspects related to: - investment products (AIFMD, UCITS) - securities and capital markets (MiFID2, MiFIR, MAD, MAR) - securities markets infrastructure (EMIR, CSDR) - tax (FTT) - Capital Markets Union and any related topics - Foreign direct investment and foreign subsidies regulations - Corporate sustainability reporting (CSRD)
