Mission & Goals
The foundation of Novia’s operations lies in high-quality education, research, development, and innovation activities (RDI) that meet the current and future needs of working life and society. These activities support education, strengthen our competencies, and create added value for our cooperation partners. Novia operates regionally, nationally, and internationally. RDI activities combine the theoretical, abstract, and general concepts with the practical, concrete, and specific demands of working life. 1. Applied research that addresses development needs and generates new knowledge. 2. Interdisciplinary collaboration that enhances competence both within the university and in the working life. 3. New solutions and innovations emerge by combining the theoretical, abstract, and general concepts with the practical, concrete, and specific demands of working life. We want to build sustainability through our RDI, maximizing our societal impact, and together we build a prosperous future.

The EU framework programmes like Horizon Europe, FP10, and other similar RDI funding instruments.
Communication Activities
We participate in the annual Research and Innovation Days organized by the EU Commission.
