The foundation of Novia’s operations lies in high-quality education, research, development, and innovation activities (RDI) that meet the current and future needs of working life and society. These activities support education, strengthen our competencies, and create added value for our cooperation partners. Novia operates regionally, nationally, and internationally. RDI activities combine the theoretical, abstract, and general concepts with the practical, concrete, and specific demands of working life. 1.
