Mission & Goals
75inQ works on sustainable impact for more gender diversity in the energy sector. Women are underrepresented in all layers of the energy sector: from the shop floor to the top. We support women to gain access to the desired job and encourage and support employers to become gender diverse. This strengthens the innovative power within organisations and contributes to the realisation of the energy transition. The change to a labor market in the energy sector that is a reflection of society will not only come from the legislator, but also requires the preconditions to offer women sector-wide equal opportunities from the shop floor to management and board. Women in the energy sector aged 35+ are experienced and immediately employable for vision development, transition approach and roll-out of plans and policy. They have what it takes to progress to management positions. But the career opportunities of this group often come to a standstill.
