4iG Telecommunication Holding Ltd's mission is to sustainably shape the future of digital infrastructure and contribute to the economic and social development of the region. Through strategic investments, we support modern, reliable, and accessible telecommunications services both in Hungary and in West Balkan markets. Goals: Develop and expand robust, future-ready networks that drive digital inclusion and support economic growth. Increase strategic shareholdings in telecommunications companies across Balkan region and foster partnerships to support regional stability and technological advancement. Promote the adoption of 5G, fiber-optic networks, and IoT solutions within our portfolio companies to improve service quality and competitiveness. Encourage transparent, sustainable, and ethical corporate governance across all owned and affiliated companies. Advocate for business models and services that place consumer needs and expectations at the core.
EU Legislative Interests
1. European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) For the company, a harmonized regulatory environment is of primary importance, to ensure that implementation of the EECC across Member States does not lead to fragmented interpretations. A framework for access regulation and market competition that encourages investment without distorting the market is crucial. The harmonization of customer service standards and digital rights plays a key role in delivering a consistent customer experience across multiple markets. 2. Gigabyte Infrastructure Act (GIA) To reduce administrative barriers to infrastructure deployment, which has a direct impact on investment returns. Cost reduction and promotion of collaboration, encouraging infrastructure sharing and joint investments, particularly in the Western Balkans. More efficient use of synergies among operators and markets where the company is active. 3. Cybersecurity Act NIS2 Directive: Enhancing the resilience of critical infrastructure against cyberattacks is a core priority. 4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulation The goal is to promote safe and ethical use of artificial intelligence. It is important for the company to participate in national and regional sandbox environments to test and develop AI solutions. It is critical for operators active in multiple countries to ensure their AI-driven services comply with EU rules while preserving their ability to innovate.
