Mission & Goals
We are a European alliance formed to promote face-value ticket resale and encourage online marketplaces to operate with greater transparency. We believe in promoter-authorised ticket resale only, at face value. FEAT’s members include Europe’s leading independent music promoters, venues and sports organisations, who are increasingly disheartened by the way that event organisers and consumers are losing out to predatory ticket resale.
