Mission & Goals

Our mission at BIRN BIH is to serve as the unwavering voice of truth and justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are dedicated to shining a piercing light on the dark corners of our nation's history, where war crimes, genocide, and corruption have left scars on our collective conscience. With unwavering determination, we embark on a journey to expose the perpetrators of atrocities, to honor the memory of the victims, and to advocate for accountability and reconciliation. Our goals are to participate in the development of constructive remembrance culture in the country and region and to be driver of change in the reform processes in the country, primarily in the area of justice, security and media freedom.
